Once the client has a basic understanding of the market situation and market potential for their products, we recommend development of a strategic marketing plan. Once we have developed a proposed plan for your company, and identified potential sales and marketing partners for your consideration, we encourage you to visit the markets of interest. We arrange all appointments and scheduling prior to completion of your travel arrangements.

We assist each client with developing a company presentation and arrange meetings for you with prospective partners and customers. We can also arrange a bilingual specialist to attend the meetings with you and assist in your negotiations when required. These services are offered to our clients to simplify the process and to ensure the success of your global expansion strategy.

Our experience has shown that the best results are achieved when our clients align with a local representative, agent, or distributor. We utilize our large network of industry contacts to assist you with developing and implementing your expansion strategy. We remain actively involved during the implementation phase of the project or until our client is comfortable with its newly developed business relationship.
